What currency does Datumcard use?

All orders on Datumcard® are processed in EUR (€).

For your convenience, our website features a currency converter that displays approximate local currency values.

  • Your checkout and payment will be processed in EUR at the current exchange rate.

  • As a result, your confirmation email total may differ slightly from the amount shown on your bank statement.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

My order status shows “unfulfilled,” what does that mean?

If your order is marked unfulfilled, it simply means:

  • We’ve received your payment successfully.

  • Your order has not yet been shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

  2. A tracking number email to monitor your shipment.
