Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
NOTE
You are welcome to test if your keys fit in your DatumCard. It is perfectly acceptable to place it in your pocket and use it with your keys — we encourage you to do so!
However, moving the product across hard surfaces, causing deep scratches, using the multitools to their full extent, or leaving visible heavy usage marks will classify the item as used, making it ineligible for return.
To qualify for reimbursement, the item must also be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, properly sealed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot issue a refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).

Your order is marked as Delivered with valid tracking information.
If you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Consumer Guarantees

In case of a major product failure, you are entitled to a refund upon proof of failure.

If the failure is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping & Address Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, DatumCard® reserves the right to charge for re-shipping.
The item must arrive at our office for inspection; without it, DatumCard® may decline to issue a refund.
Gifts, Bundled, and Personalized Items

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Personalized items (including laser engravings) are non-refundable.
Privacy & Data Protection
DatumCard® is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information collected during the return process will be securely stored for a reasonable period and may be used for fraud prevention, research, and analysis by DatumCard®.
It may also be disclosed to government authorities if required by law.
DatumCard®, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for a change of mind.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, which are beyond our control, do not qualify as valid reasons for return.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong color/size, DatumCard® will cover return shipping costs.
Customers must notify our support team within 14 days of receiving the item.
